My practice is trauma-informed, and I work through integrative modality, adapting my approach to your individual needs. I draw on a range of therapeutic perspectives to create a holistic and responsive way of working.
I hold an academic background in Psychology and completed my Master’s in The Psychoanalytical Approach to Observation at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust, alongside training in integrative counselling.
I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and I work in accordance with their ethical frameworks.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to understanding your lived experience from your point of view. I aim to offer genuine presence, openness, and positive regard, valuing all aspects of your humanity. My focus is to help you reconnect with your own inner resources, gain a deeper understanding of your feelings, rediscover your self-worth, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I currently have availability Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening and Saturday.
I believe early developmental experiences shape the narratives we carry into adulthood, influencing both adaptive and unhelpful patterns at times. Exploring these patterns can offer valuable insight into how we relate to ourselves and others, and how change becomes possible. I also have experience working with ASD individuals.
