I offer counselling for a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties including anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, abuse, panic attacks, OCD, self-harm, and relationship challenges. I also provide couples counselling and work with both adults and teenagers, offering a compassionate, safe space to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.

Many of my clients come to me knowing they’re not happy, but not always sure why. You might feel overwhelmed by your thoughts, anxious about what others think, or weighed down by work, family, or day-to-day pressures. Perhaps you’re in a difficult relationship and don’t know how to move forward, or you find yourself repeating the same patterns and behaviours that leave you feeling unfulfilled or stuck.

My role is to walk alongside you — to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings and begin to understand yourself more deeply. Together, we can uncover how past experiences may be shaping your present, and work towards creating the changes you want for your future.

Through self-exploration, reflection, and personal growth, I help clients build tools to understand themselves and their relationships more clearly. I believe that life is for living — and that no matter your age or situation, it’s always possible to make meaningful change.
