As a person centred counsellor I offer a warm confidential and accepting space. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem or relationship issues, I can support you through your personal journey exploring your thoughts, feelings and experiences to understand yourself better and to become the best person you can be.
I'm a registered counsellor with the BACP. I offer you a supportive space where you can feel heard and understood, without being judged or criticised. You don't have to face things alone. We can work through them together, step by step, helping you find clarity, calm, a greater sense of well-being, and the answers or a way forward to the challenges you're facing.
I would like to offer you a kind, caring and compassionate space where you can work through your personal difficulties and distress. I will not only help you to build resilience, but to grow into the person you have always wanted to become.
I offer a kind, safe, non-judgmental space to work on what is important to you or causing distress. I believe that our therapeutic relationship is the key to change. Once trust is built, we can look at and work on what stands in the way of you becoming the best version of yourself.
I am a qualified and experienced counsellor based in Southend on Sea working with individuals and couples aged 18 and over. My approach to therapy starts with the client(s) and what brings them to counselling, integrating the use of attachment theory. I provide support to individuals and couples keeping inline with the BACP ethical framework.
I understand life can be challenging, puzzling and upsetting at times. I will listen and support you while you look for answers to these challenges. I will not judge you but offer a kind, calm place to figure out what changes you want to make.
